We created the Find Your Strength Challenge because we believe everyone has something they could push themselves to do, and that doing it alongside a community, for a cause that matters, makes it infinitely more powerful! 


The Find Your Strength Challenge is a peer-to-peer fundraising event running from 1 August to 31 October 2026 where participants choose their own personal challenge, anything from running and cycling to performing or creating while raising money to fund free mental health care services.

Whether you run, ride, lift, perform, create, or simply show up every day for 31 days, your challenge counts. Your story matters, and your fundraising makes a direct difference helping Australians access free mental health support.
