The Lifeline Crisis Text service is available 24/7 and is a short-term confidential one-to-one support service with a trained Lifeline Crisis Supporter for people who are feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty coping. If the SMS text service is unavailable, you can contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 24/7 to speak with a Crisis Supporter.

Qlife is a peer support counselling and referral service for LGBTI people. It provides peer telephone and web-based services to diverse people of all ages.

Head to Health can help you find the right digital mental health and wellbeing resources, for yourself or someone you care about. 

Heads Up provides individuals and businesses the tools to create more mentally health workplaces and is developed by Beyond Blue and supported by the Mentally Healthy Workplace Alliance.
